Where to start…

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga 1

Level: Open to all

The basics of Aerial fitness with a hammock. This class will have 2-4 inversions per class.

  • This is an introductory AntiGravity® class most suitable for beginning students, but open to all. Here you will discover the excitement and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space. One will become familiar with the Christopher Harrison AntiGravity Hammock and the new sensations associated with inversions and flying, while building knowledge and foundational movements essential to progression in the movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended stretching and fun!

    Once your instructor feels like you are ready to progress onto Aerial Yoga 2, they will let you know.

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga

A gentler approach to this workout. Great for those with mobility issues, focusing on therapeutic and meditative. This class will have 1 inversion per class.

Level: Open to all

  • AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of AntiGravity Aerial Yoga. This approach is perfect for those with a lower fitness level, or those who just like an approach that gives you time to tune in at a deep level.

    This technique features full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It offers accessibility to students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility, and mind/body connection. Working from different hammock heights allows for the gentle opening of hips and spine.

AntiGravity® Pilates 1.5

An extension of the classic Pilates technique using the AntiGravity Hammock as a single apparatus to replace all the other conventional devices.

Level: You should have a comfort level with the hammock prior to this class. We will be moving in and out out the hammock quickly in order to keep our work out going. It is required that you take Aerial Yoga 1 (Fundamentals) before taking this class.

  • AntiGravity® Pilates is an extraordinary new extension of the classic Pilates technique using the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock as a single apparatus to replace all the other conventional devices. This certified technique allows practitioners to perform Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel - all on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock! These classes take core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights. Explore the amazing benefits that can be derived by training your in the Pilates Method on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock in combination with AntiGravity's Zero-Compression Inversions.

AntiGravity® Flying Fitness 2.5

Combining the a little bit of AntiGravity Aerial Yoga, AIRbarre, Suspension Fitness, and Pilates all in one strength building class.

Pre-requisites: Instructor approval required

    Combining the a little bit of AntiGravity Aerial Yoga, AIRbarre, Suspension Fitness, and Pilates all in one strength building class.

    We start off with our inversion, then head straight into cardio & strength. The last half of class we stretch, cool down and end class with our final resting pose.

    *This is a challenging class for intermediate-advanced Antigravity Aerial Yoga students. You should be able to move in and out of inversions without direction or assistance. Regardless of your Yoga, dance, pilates, etc. experience, prior Aerial Yoga experience is necessary. If you do not have prior Aerial Yoga experience we reserve the right to ask you to leave. Thank you for respecting this requirement so we can provide the best environment for our students and staff.

AntiGravity® Flying Flexibility 1.5 & 2.5

Working on increasing your flexibility? This class is for you!

Pre-requisites: Aerial experience required for Level 1. Instructor Permission for level 2.

    This class will focus on increasing and maintaining flexibility with deep stretches. Please note that the tempo of the class is more like Antigravity Pilates than an Antigravity Restorative Yoga class. You should have a comfort level with the hammock prior to this class. We will be moving in and out of the hammock quickly. It is REQUIRED that you take Aerial Yoga 1 (Fundamentals) before the Flying Flexibility 1 class.

  • Continue to gain strength & flexibility in your Aerial Yoga practice as you challenge yourself to stretch further and attempt more difficult positions. You should be able to move in an out of inversions and moves taught in Aerial Yoga 1 with out direction or assistance. Aerial Yoga 2 poses and sequences will be guided.

    These Aerial Yoga class are challenging class for advanced AntiGravity Aerial Yoga students. You should be able to move in and out of inversions without direction or assistance. Regardless of your Yoga, dance, pilates, etc. experience, prior AntiGravity Aerial Yoga experience is necessary.

    As we add on to our curriculum from the previous levels, we get to add more tricks and poses from the other AntiGravity styles.

AntiGravity® Flying Functional Fascia 1.5

Level 1.5: Intermediate

Pre-requisites: You MUST have a comfort level with the hammock prior to this class. It is REQUIRED that you take Aerial Yoga 1 (Fundamentals) AND Restorative Yoga before taking this Level 1.5 class.

  • This class Level 1.5 class will focus on deep tissue massages utilizing the AntiGravity Hammock. Combining the all of our AntiGravity class techniques with a little extra spice to help you decompress & work out those tight muscles.

    We start off with a “follow the leader” style warm up and then head into an inversion. All poses will be held for a specific amount of time to target problem areas. We will finish class off with a resting pose, then end with another mobility sequence.

    You MUST have a comfort level with the hammock prior to this class. It is REQUIRED that you take Aerial Yoga 1 (Fundamentals) AND Restorative Yoga before taking this Level 1.5 class.

    Doors are locked when class begins, so be sure you are prompt. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. No exceptions. Long sleeved shirts recommended. You MUST wear clothing that covers your underarms.
