    ✅ No experience needed. Please note that this is not an AntiGravity class, you will just be using the hammocks to relax in.

    WHAT TO WEAR:
    Please wear comfortable attire that will not damage the hammocks. Jeans are not permitted. Clean socks are also recommended (they do not have to be grip socks for this event).

    WHAT TO BRING:
    Heated eye masks and freshly laundered blankets will be provided. You may also want to bring a sweatshirt or extra layer, as your body temperature may drop during the sound bath.

    ℹ️Experience deep relaxation in a floating soundbath, gently suspended in an antigravity aerial yoga hammock. As your body is fully supported and weightless, soothing vibrations from crystal tones Alchemy bowls wash through you, layered with the rhythmic hush of an ocean drum and the soft shimmer of kenari chimes. This immersive, cocoon-like journey calms the nervous system, quiets the mind, and invites profound rest and renewal.
