  • Aerial Yoga & Soundbath

    Join us Friday, June 21st from 6:00-7:00pm for an Aerial Yoga & Soundbath Event.

    We are so thrilled to welcome Andrea, of Soul Space Wellness, for another Aerial Yoga & Sound bath at FlightFORM.

    Participants will begin with a 30 minute AntiGravity Aerial Yoga class with Diana, then relax in our hammocks for the remainder of class with a nourishing sound bath experience with Andrea.

    Through the tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments, find deep relaxation and an opportunity for self-reflection.

    $35 for Non-Members. $28.00 for Members. Space is Limited to 10 Participants. No Aerial Yoga experience needed.

  • Parent's Night Out/Kids Aerial Workshop

    Join us for a few hours of AntiGravity Just Kids fun!

    Parents-drop your kids off while you get night out, and let your kids burn off some energy with our Certified staff.

    Please note that is an instructor led class (not an open gym/play-place). Kids will have an opportunity to have some free-time in the hammocks, but the majority of our time will be spent learning. Limited to 10 participants.

    AGES: 5-12

    PRE-REQUISITE: None

    PRICE: $45.00

    WHAT TO WEAR: Wear fitted/stretchy athletic clothing that covers the underarms, that would not ride up or fall down while inverted. Grips socks are recommended, but not required. Denim/jeans, zippers & jewelry are NOT allowed.

    WHAT TO BRING: A water bottle, and a snack.

    DROP OFF/PICK UP: Drop off/check in time will be 5:25-5:35pm. Doors will be locked for the safety of our staff and participants. Pick up time will be from 8:20-8:30pm.

    REGISTRATION: When creating an account, please register the child, not the parent.

    If you have more than one child to register, they will need their own account. This will need to be made with a different email account from your first child.
