Floating Soundbath
Experience deep relaxation in a floating soundbath, gently suspended in an antigravity aerial yoga hammock. As your body is fully supported and weightless, soothing vibrations from crystal tones Alchemy bowls wash through you, layered with the rhythmic hush of an ocean drum and the soft shimmer of kenari chimes. This immersive, cocoon-like journey calms the nervous system, quiets the mind, and invites profound rest and renewal.

WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear comfortable attire that will not tear the hammocks. Jeans are not permitted. Clean socks are also recommended (they do not have to be grip socks for this event)
WHAT TO BRING: Freshly laundered blankets will be provided. But you may also want to bring a sweatshirt because your temperature will drop during the soundbath.

Nervous System Regulation - You come to class to learn, but being familiar with a few basic poses before your session can help you flow more easily!
Reduce Stress and Anxiety - Sustained deep breathing increases energy levels and motivation. It facilitates mental clarity and insights.
Connection & Creativity - Breath work explores altered/non-ordinary states of consciousness and through that practice connection to the inner self and feelings of euphoria and bliss can be reached.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring Special Supplies (if you desire) - Freshly laundered pillows & blankets will be provided. You may also bring a special crystal or item to hold or set by your space. Bring something to drink - Breath work can leave the mouth dry so bring your water bottle.
