Before class:
Taking your first Lagree or AntiGravity class at FlightFORM? Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts (5 minutes early for 6:00 AM classes) — no exceptions. Doors are locked at the start of class, and late arrivals are not permitted.

Your instructor needs time before class to:

• Introduce you to the studio

• Walk you through the Megaformer or measure you for your hammock

• Answer any questions before class begins

If you need to purchase grip socks, please allow extra time.

Even if you’ve taken Lagree or AntiGravity classes at another studio, if this is your first class at FlightFORM, you are still required to arrive early. If you do not arrive with enough time for your instructor to properly prepare you, you will not be permitted to join class.

During class:
It’s completely normal if you don’t understand all the terminology during your first class. Don’t worry — your instructor will guide you through each movement and provide cues throughout class. Just do your best and remember that learning the techniques takes time.

FLIGHT classes:
For inversions and aerial movements (“tricks”), your instructor will demonstrate the movement and explain the cues before you try it yourself. Our instructors are trained to spot and assist you. Always listen to your body and work at your own pace.

FORM classes:
During class, you’ll move through exercises slowly and with control, while transitions between movements may feel quick. Focus on staying with the movement and modifying as needed.

After class:
Come back! Your first few classes will likely feel challenging regardless of your fitness level, and that’s completely normal. Consistency is where the results happen — it doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger.Late arrivals are not permitted. If you need to purchase Grip Socks, please give yourself additional time.

If you do not show up with enough time for us to measure you in your Hammock or give you an overview of the Megaformer, then you will not be permitted to take class. Even if you have been to another studio, if you are new to our classes, then you still must arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. Classes start on time.

If you no longer want to attend, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist before being added to the class.

Once you have been added from the waitlist into the class, our Cancellation and No-Show Policies apply if you cancel late or do not attend.

We encourage you to join the waitlist — there is often a good chance of getting into class as schedules change and spots frequently open up. If you still haven’t made it into the class, check back before class starts, as last-minute openings can happen.

You do not need to start with a private session, even if you’re a beginner. However, if you’d feel more comfortable with one-on-one guidance, a private can be a great place to start.

Our classes are held in small group settings, which allows for instructor guidance while still creating a shared group experience. If you find that you need frequent assistance, have lots of questions, or would benefit from more individualized attention throughout class, a private session may be a better fit.

🤍 Please remember that your instructor is there for the entire group. We want every client to receive a fair amount of attention and support during class, so if you need more one-on-one guidance than a group setting can provide, we encourage you to book a private session.

We recommend starting with a private session if you have an injury, are pregnant, or need modifications beyond what can comfortably be provided in a group class.

✨ Still unsure? Reach out to us—we’re happy to help you find the best option for you!

Absolutely! We offer modifications and challenges throughout the class for all fitness levels.

FLIGHT: You must start with an AntiGravity Level 1 class (Aerial Yoga 1 and/or Restorative Yoga 1). This is for anyone regardless of their fitness level, or if you have taken Aerial before. If at any point in class, you feel like you need a moment, simply “chillax" into your hammock.

FORM: Everyone has to start somewhere-Just jump right in and take a class. We offer modifications for our moves, so just listen to your body. The more classes you take the quicker your transitions will be because you will start to pick up on the lingo and technique.

The most important thing is to listen to your body and to take rest days when needed. Thankfully, even though we have high intensity classes, all of our classes are low impact.

FLIGHT: Since we have many different types of AntiGravity classes, this all depends. Mixing your styles up each day will allow your body to recover more easily since there is so much stretching incorporated in these classes. Not to mention the great benefits of our zero-compression inversions.

FORM: Just starting out? You should expect some muscle soreness after your first Lagree class that can last up to three days. So, we recommend taking around 2-3 classes per week. That way you can assess what is best for your body. These classes are designed to fatigue your muscles, so rest days are important. When should you take your next class? When you are not sore anymore. Once you have taken a few classes, your body will recover faster and you can start taking classes more often.

If you like to workout often, we recommend taking AntiGravity Restorative as your “active rest day”.

You must be at least 13 years old to participate in any of our AntiGravity weekly classes.

You must be at least 16 years old to participate in any of our Lagree weekly classes.

Due to safety considerations and out of respect for the experience of other guests, we cannot allow children or pets to accompany you during your class. We also cannot allow non-participants to sit alone in the lobby. This is for Liability reasons.

We don’t offer a free first class at this time.

If you’re looking to try us out, we recommend our 2-Week Trial or a Drop-In Class—both are great ways to experience our classes, instructors, and community before committing to a membership or package. ✨

Yes! You can absolutely take both classes on the same day. We recommend doing Lagree first, followed by AntiGravity.

This allows your AntiGravity class to serve as a great way to stretch, relax, and support muscle recovery after your Lagree workout. ✨

Regardless of your experience level, if you’re taking Lagree before AntiGravity, we recommend only booking:

• 🧘 Aerial Yoga 1

• 🌿 Restorative Yoga 1

• 🪺 Cocooning 1

• 🤍 Gentle Stretch 1

These classes are the best options for a post-Lagree stretch, relaxation, and recovery-focused experience.
