  • You are not required to begin with a private session if you are a beginner, but the option is always available if it makes you feel more comfortable.

Our classes are held in small group settings. If you prefer more individualized attention from your instructor, a private session may be a great fit.

If you have any injuries, are pregnant , or are in need of more modifications given in a group setting, we do recommend starting with a private session.

Still unsure? Contact us—we’re happy to help you decide.

  • To book, please contact us at info@flightformfitness.com.

Please let us know what type of session you would like (Lagree, AntiGravity, Combo, Breathwork, or Floating Soundbath). Please list a few dates and times. Note that we will not cancel any of our existing classes to schedule a private session.

Our support staff will then get in contact with the certified instructors to see who is available.

Once we have confirmed the date and time between you and the instructor, you will need to purchase the type of session online. Once that has been processed. The class will be listed on our schedule. Payment must be made one week prior to your event, otherwise it will be removed from the schedule.

Each participant will need to create their own account, sign their own waivers and register for the Private Session/Party.

Grip Socks are required for Lagree & Combo classes.

  • Each class is limited to 10 clients. This ensures are instructors are focusing on your form, correcting positions and accommodating to your individual needs.

  • Absolutely! We offer modifications and challenges throughout the class for all fitness levels.

FLIGHT: You must start with an AntiGravity Level 1 class (Aerial Yoga 1 and/or Restorative Yoga 1). This is for anyone regardless of their fitness level, or if you have taken Aerial before. If at any point in class, you feel like you need a moment, simply “chillax" into your hammock.

FORM: Everyone has to start somewhere-Just jump right in and take a class. We offer modifications for our moves, so just listen to your body. The more classes you take the quicker your transitions will be because you will start to pick up on the lingo and technique.

  • The most important thing is to listen to your body and to take rest days when needed. Thankfully, even though we have high intensity classes, all of our classes are low impact.

FLIGHT: Since we have many different types of AntiGravity classes, this all depends. Mixing your styles up each day will allow your body to recover more easily since there is so much stretching incorporated in these classes. Not to mention the great benefits of our zero-compression inversions.

FORM: Just starting out? You should expect some muscle soreness after your first Lagree class that can last up to three days. So, we recommend taking around 2-3 classes per week. That way you can assess what is best for your body. These classes are designed to fatigue your muscles, so rest days are important. When should you take your next class? When you are not sore anymore. Once you have taken a few classes, your body will recover faster and you can start taking classes more often.

If you like to workout often, we recommend taking AntiGravity Restorative as your “active rest day”.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to participate in any of our AntiGravity weekly classes.

You must be at least 16 years old to participate in any of our Lagree weekly classes.

  • Due to safety considerations and out of respect for the experience of other guests, we cannot allow children or pets to accompany you during your class. We also cannot allow non-participants to sit alone in the lobby. This is for Liability reasons.

  • At this time, we don’t offer profession-based discounts on memberships or class packages. As a small business, our pricing helps us continue to provide high-quality classes and support our instructors. That said, we do run specials and promotions throughout the year—so keep an eye on our website and social media for upcoming offers!

  • We don’t offer a free first class. If you’re looking to try us out, we recommend our 2-week trial or a drop-in class—both are great ways to experience our classes, instructors, and community before committing.

  • We do not allow participants to take photos or videos during class. \However, time permitting, you may ask your instructor to take photos of you.

  • We definitely recommend taking a Lagree class first, then AntiGravity second. This way you can relax & stretch after your workout. This will also help your body recover faster!

No matter what level of AntiGravity you are, Aerial Yoga 1 or Restorative Yoga 1 are the ONLY classes we recommend after a Lagree class.

  • With your FLIGHT, FORM, COMBO Monthly Membership, a Guest Pass is included every month. Those will be active in your account on your billing dates and will continue as long as your Monthly Membership is active. Those guest passes expire within 30 days.

Could you use your guest pass for yourself for a second class of the day? Absolutely! Since we have a one class max per day policy, we just have to work around the system. When you register yourself for your second class for the day-type in our email (info@flightformfitness.com). This will reserve your spot. Once you have taken the class, we will adjust it so you can get that class towards your milestones!

If you would like to gift that guest pass to someone else, you have that option. Your guest will need to have their own account and they must have the account set up BEFORE they take class. If their account is not set up by the time class begins, they will not be allowed to participate. If they are new to AntiGravity at our studio or have not taken Lagree at our studio, they must arrive 10 min before the start of class.

FAQs

FAQ just for FLIGHT

  • Yes. Our hammocks can hold over 1000lbs.

Just be sure to maintain contact with the hammock at all times, & listen to your instructor.

  • AntiGravity® Fitness is the original aerial yoga technique. Over 7 years went into the development of the technique after Christopher Harrison created the apparatus. He created a very specific nomenclature and sequencing that can be done safely. AntiGravity® is the only aerial yoga/fitness technique certified by the AFAA.

  • If you are new to our studio, you must start with level 1, regardless of your fitness level, or experience. We want to be sure you are safe getting in and out of poses/inversions with proper technique, and know the AntiGravity nomenclature.

Once you are ready for level 1.5, your instructor will let you know.

  • Instructor permission is required for ANY Level 1.5 and higher class. Your instructors will approach you when they feel like you are ready to move up a level.

During Level 2 classes-your instructor will guide you in and out of level 2 poses. They will not give instruction for level 1 skills. You will still get to do level 1 curriculum, but rather than guiding you into a pose, they will say things like “let’s get set up for Vampire”.

During Level 3 classes-your instructor will guide you in and out of level 3 poses. They will not give instruction for level 1 & 2 skills. You will still get to do level 1 & 2 curriculum, but rather than guiding you into a pose, they will say things like “when you are ready, move into your Queen Bee”.

  • There are testimonials all around the world about healing back pain and other aliments through these AntiGravity fitness techniques. Currently there are studies being conducted to gather concrete evidence. Until then, you will only know by coming to class.

  • This could be a challenge if one has a strong propensity for dizziness or a "hips over head" spatial awareness style dyslexia. Ginger candy before class can help.

You will fell taller and lighter. Your muscles will have a pump and you will be refreshed! Our promise to you that after class you will be stretched to your maximum height, varying between 1/4" to 1 1/2" taller. Unfortunately, the effects are not cumulative.

FAQ just for FORM

  • Though both workouts are low impact, Lagree is performed at a much higher intensity and can only be accomplished by using Megaformer™. Lagree is based on slow controlled movements to help work multiple muscle groups at once.  Pilates tends to focus on faster movements and targets one muscle group at a time.

Once you take a class, you will feel the difference!

  • All of our classes are suitable for all levels. Just like anything else, there is a learning curve. The more you take Lagree, the easier it to catch on. But with Lagree, the better you get, the more challenging the classes get.

  • Yes! If you are new to Lagree and you are pregnant, please make sure to check with your doctor before starting a brand-new fitness regimen. You must also remember to check in with your instructor prior to class so they can go over the correct modifications and adjustments with you. Please do this for every class you take as each class will be different and our instructors can modify moves if necessary. Ultimately, we recommend you listen to your body and do what feels safe.
