Double the sweat, double the fun! Share the thrill of defying gravity in our AntiGravity classes, or get a killer workout in Lagree.

✨ “Bring Your Boo” Week is all about fun, connection, and a little Halloween magic—no costume required (but encouraged if you’re feeling festive)! It’s the perfect way to spice up your week, bond with a friend, and celebrate the spooky season with a healthy twist.

🧟‍♀️Members-You can start booking yourself into class 3 weeks in advance.

🧛🏻‍♀️Non-members-You can start book yourself two weeks ahead of class.

👻BOOs-have your bestie, boo or workout buddy that is signed up for class email us at info@flightformfitness.com, they just need to give us your first and last name. Make sure you have an account all set up.

First come first serve. We can sign you up for class one week prior to class. (IE taking a class on Monday, Oct 7th at noon? Email us on or after Monday, Oct 20th at noon.)
