Where to start…

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga 1

The basics of Aerial fitness with a hammock. This class will have 2-4 inversions per class.

  • This is an introductory AntiGravity® class most suitable for beginning students, but open to all. Here you will discover the excitement and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space. One will become familiar with the Christopher Harrison AntiGravity Hammock and the new sensations associated with inversions and flying, while building knowledge and foundational movements essential to progression in the movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended stretching and fun!

    Once your instructor feels like you are ready to progress onto Aerial Yoga 2, or a specialty Level 1.5 class, they will let you know.

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga 1

A gentle, meditative class using the hammock to stretch, decompress, and restore body and mind—with just one inversion.

  • AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga is a gentle, meditative class designed for relaxation, deep stretching, and rehabilitation. It's the perfect "me time" to focus on self-care. This class combines full-body inversions with spinal traction techniques, promoting improved flexibility and mind-body connection. Whether you're dealing with physical limitations or simply seeking a deeper stretch, Restorative Yoga offers accessibility for all levels. Working at varying hammock heights gently opens the hips and spine, helping you release tension and enhance overall mobility.

AntiGravity® Gentle Stretch 1

This class combines deep, supported stretching with one inversion, making it the perfect introduction to the benefits of AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga.

  • New to aerial yoga or looking for a slower-paced class? Gentle Stretch is a welcoming introduction to the AntiGravity® hammock, designed to help you build confidence while improving flexibility, mobility, and relaxation.

    The class begins with the hammock set at hip height, allowing you to comfortably explore supported stretches, gentle movement, and decompression without leaving the ground. About 20 minutes into class, the hammocks are lowered to just a few inches above the floor, creating even more support for restorative stretches and relaxation.

    This class includes only one gentle inversion, making it an excellent choice for beginners or anyone who feels intimidated by traditional aerial classes. You'll enjoy the benefits of the hammock while moving at a comfortable pace, with plenty of guidance and support throughout the session.

AntiGravity® Cocooning 1

A tranquil class with one inversion. Half mindful movement, half deep hammock rest.

  • AntiGravity Cocooning is a restorative experience designed to reset both body and mind. Set in a gently suspended hammock, the class blends elements of guided meditation, light sensory deprivation, and deep relaxation. As you recline in weightlessness, your body begins to unwind and your mind shifts into a calmer, more mindful state. The unique cocooned environment helps you disconnect from external distractions, allowing for deeper mental stillness. Emerging from the hammock often feels like waking from a dream—light, recharged, and quietly energized.

AntiGravity® Flying Flexibility 1.5

Working on increasing your flexibility? This class is for you!

  • Pre-requisites: Instructor Permission Required.

    Flying Flexibility 1.5 is the introductory level of our Flying Flexibility series, designed to enhance and maintain flexibility through deep, effective stretches. This class moves at a faster pace, with choreographed moments set to an energetic playlist.

    Flying Flexibility 2.5 is the advanced level in our Flying Flexibility series. This class builds on your flexibility journey, focusing on deep stretches to further increase and maintain flexibility. You should be comfortable with the hammock and confident in transitioning quickly in and out of it.

Deep fascia and muscle release using AntiGravity hammock techniques

  • This class focuses on deep tissue release using the AntiGravity Hammock. This class combines all of our AntiGravity techniques with added elements to help you unwind, release tension, and work out tight muscles, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

    Doors are locked when class begins, so be sure you are prompt. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. No exceptions. Long sleeved shirts recommended. You MUST wear clothing that covers your underarms.

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga 3

  • Continue to gain strength & flexibility in your Aerial Yoga practice as you challenge yourself to stretch further and attempt more difficult positions. You should be able to move in an out of inversions and moves taught in Aerial Yoga 1 with out direction or assistance. Aerial Yoga 2 poses and sequences will be guided.

    These Aerial Yoga class are challenging class for advanced AntiGravity Aerial Yoga students. You should be able to move in and out of inversions without direction or assistance. Regardless of your Yoga, dance, pilates, etc. experience, prior AntiGravity Aerial Yoga experience is necessary.

    As we add on to our curriculum from the previous levels, we get to add more tricks and poses from the other AntiGravity styles.

  • Pre-Requisites: You must have all of your level 3 Flips and tricks. As well as taken both of the AntiGravity Workshops (Shape Shifters & Super Heros).
